Introduction Fee

We are continuing to build our business through introductions and we recognise the huge value of marketing by word of mouth. Our success so far, in attracting the highest achievers and in developing new business has been nothing short of astonishing. We operate two introduction fee schemes within our business, as follows.

Please note that fees will be agreed in advance of any introduction being made. All fees are paid at Proactive Selection Ltd.'s discretion and without liability or recourse. All recipients undertake to account to the relevant authorities for the purposes of Taxation, NI and/or any other relevant statutory deductions and/or payments and will discharge all such liabilities from the fees received.

The Client Introduction Fee Scheme

Subject to terms and conditions, Proactive Selection Ltd. will pay an introductory fee to you, per each successful introduction, in respect of any new client you introduce, who then enters into a supply agreement with Proactive Selection Ltd.

If no revenue results within three months of such introductions, no fee will be payable.

The Candidate Introduction Fee Scheme

Subject to terms and conditions, Proactive Selection Ltd. will pay an introductory fee to you, per each successful placement, in respect of any person you introduce who then accepts a position with one Proactive Selection Ltd. or with one of our clients.

To qualify for your fee, the person you introduce :

  • Must not have been and is not already registered with Proactive Selection Ltd.
  • Is not currently employed by a client with whom Proactive Selection Ltd. has a current retainer arrangement
  • Is not employed by a client for whom Proactive Selection Ltd. is conducting a campaign
  • Has not been placed in his/her current position, in the last 24 months, by any one employed by Proactive Selection Ltd., irrespective of who the consultant's employer was at the time of the placement.
  • Passes through our entire selection process successfully (Telephone interview, referencing procedure and face to face interview with Proactive Selection Ltd.)
  • Is put forward to a position on which Proactive Selection Ltd. have been instructed or on which Proactive Selection Ltd. obtain instructions
  • Accepts the position offered by the client
  • Remains in the position for a period not less than 13 weeks (or in case of contract assignment, fully completes contract)
  • Performs his/her duties to the client's satisfaction and in accordance with his/her contract of employment, as confirmed by the client.

If no placement results within three months of such introductions, no fee will be payable.
